While effective resources help a teacher to see God’s transformative work in the lives of his or her students, a well-trained teacher has an even greater impact on the children he or she teaches. CMTI training program makes it possible for ministry leaders all over Bangladesh to learn effective teaching methods and better understand children’s spiritual development.
In-person training events allow ministry leaders to learn with their peers in their own region, helping them to develop a support network and work together to serve the needs of the children in their church and communities.
Online Training allows leaders to join from wherever they are through ZOOM on any device they have available, even in remote areas.
