A Home of Hope and Transformation
Why is it needed, and why NOW?
For many years, we gathered at a nearby school that welcomed over 500 children and teenagers. It was a vibrant place where lives were touched. Sadly, we lost access during the COVID-19 crisis, and changing rental policies now prevent us from returning.
Since then, we’ve adapted by meeting in small groups and offering online services, but our heart remains set on a greater goal—a permanent home where we can serve without interruption.
Today, large gatherings face increasing social challenges, making it harder to meet freely. In response, we’ve partnered with local churches to reach children, teens, and families within their communities, equipping them with training and resources to spread the Gospel.
Currently, we operate from a small, rented apartment in Dhaka, which can only hold 20 people and offers no outdoor space. As our ministry grows across Bangladesh and beyond, it’s clear that a permanent center is not just a dream—it’s essential.
A permanent home will give us stability, room to grow, and the freedom to serve every day, while also being wise stewards of God’s provision.
All those circumstances led us to a permanent home…
The Center for the Future
God has graciously provided us with an incredible opportunity—a former kindergarten school building that stands as a beautiful answer to our prayers.
This L-shaped structure, featuring a small meeting room and three classrooms, is set on 33 decimals of land (approximately 14,375 sq ft). It is fully equipped with essential utilities like reliable water and electricity. In addition, we have secured access to 100 more decimals (around 43,555 sq ft) of adjacent land through a leasing arrangement. This extra space will allow us to develop outdoor activities, dormitories, and areas for future expansion.
Our Vision
Camp Bijoy exists to be a home of hope and transformation—a refuge of safety, belonging, and restoration through the love of Christ.
We envision Camp Bijoy as a house of prayer, a transition hub for rescued girls, and a launchpad for the Gospel, bringing lasting impact to lives and communities for generations to come.
Why Now?
This is a critical moment for our ministry. We are currently operating from a small rented apartment in Dhaka, which can no longer accommodate our growing mission. Social pressures are making large gatherings increasingly difficult, and many girls are now facing serious challenges and persecution because of their faith in Jesus. These girls urgently need a safe place. Establishing Campbijoy is no longer just a vision—it is an essential step to ensure we can continue providing consistent, high-quality ministry, offer secure shelter to those at risk, and build long-term sustainability for the future. This is also a crucial time to steward our resources wisely by investing in a permanent home. The need is urgent, and the time to act is now. Together, we can build a lasting refuge of hope and transformation.

MASTER PLAN
Phase 1 (2023-2025): Laying the Foundation
- Purchase the property near Dhaka.
- Build a multi-purpose hall with seating for 100 people to host children’s programs, Bible studies, community events, and training.
- Develop an outdoor playground and adequate restrooms (5 for males, 5 for females).
- Construct a two-story hostel and office building, with a five-story foundation for future expansion, including accommodation for campers and staff, kitchen, and dining facilities.
Phase 2 (2025-2027): Expanding Impact
- Develop an additional meeting and gathering space on the property.
- Add three more floors to the hostel and office building.
- Establish an audio-visual studio to support creative ministry.
Phase 3 (2027-2030): Building for the Next Generation
- Create a dedicated children’s ministry space.
- Expand the multipurpose hall to a 200-seat capacity.
- Construct a rooftop hall for large gatherings and events.
